Join Our Team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Comm100, a leader in AI based customer engagement and support solutions, is looking for an ambitious and driven Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.
As an SDR, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and being the first point of contact to showcase the value of Comm100.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the first impression for prospective clients, introducing them to how Comm100 can elevate their customer engagement.
  • Set up meetings with prospects, guiding them through how our platform can transform their business.
  • Work to uncover and develop new opportunities within our sales pipeline including assisting the outbound BD team when inbound activity is lower.
  • Provide input and creative solutions for handling and converting inbound leads.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape to ensure you’re always adding value.
What You Bring:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR or similar role is preferred, but we value fast learners with a strong desire to grow.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and clearly articulate ideas.
  • A good understanding of technology and the SaaS landscape, with experience in CRM tools being a plus.
  • Self-motivation and tenacity, with a positive attitude and a strong drive to meet goals and overcome challenges.
  • Passion for sales and a genuine interest in helping businesses improve their customer engagement.
