Job Description
•        Act as the product owner to lead the Bot product strategy and AI technology vision coordinating with business stakeholders, customers, and the team.
•        Improve Bot product, enhance AI capabilities, facilitate customer onboarding, and optimize the overall customer experience to boost the business growth of Bot product.
•        Manage the cross-regional product development team with diverse roles, such as Product Manager, Engineering manager, AI Algorithm engineer, Software Engineer, QA Engineer, etc.
•        Lead engineering planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives, timetables, implementation, and deployment of product.
•        Keep abreast of the latest developments in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models. Evaluate and integrate new methodologies and technologies that can provide a competitive edge to the company’s AI offerings.
•        Communicate and collaborate closely with public infrastructure teams to comply with and implement architectural design and technical frameworks, product development processes, quality assurance guidelines, etc.
•        Manage team members, participate in formulating and improving work processes, improve teamwork efficiency, and conduct team building, motivation, and team stability.
•        Carry forward corporate culture and strengthen communication and coordination between product line teams and business teams.
 
Minimum Requirements
•        Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering from top engineering institutions.
•        Min. 10 years of software development experience with at least 5 years of experience managing software development team including positions, such as engineering manager, product manager, software engineer, QA engineer.
•        Proficient with common algorithms such as Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Pattern Recognition.
•        Familiar with artificial intelligence platforms, intent recognition, multi-round conversation, knowledge graph and other related areas.
•        Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) is highly valued.
•        Possess excellent business requirements analysis, roadmap definition and product management skills.
•        Excellent project management, such as requirements analysis, system analysis, project planning, schedule management, risk control.
•        Master object-oriented analysis and design skills and have in-depth understanding of web application technology stacks.
•        Good understanding of distributed systems, microservices, messaging systems and related architectural patterns.
•        Excellent leadership skills and communication skills.

Compensation

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
