Position Description
Following internal growth, Comm100 Network Corporation is seeking a Manager of Human Resources (part time) to lead our Human Resources initiatives and activities for our Vancouver office. This position reports to the CEO, has a dotted line with CFO and works in close partnership with Employees, Managers, and Executives.
This opportunity is well suited for a strategic and trusted HR people leader with a passion. You will spend a large portion of your time driving workplace culture initiatives, developing teams, and facilitating resolution of complex employee relations matters. You will also bring project management expertise to people & culture initiatives including an HRIS implementation currently underway.

Job Description:
  1. Provide HR Support: Offer comprehensive HR support for organizational development, conduct regular organizational reviews, and provide effective solutions in recruitment, performance assessment, organizational development and talent development (OD&TD), compensation, and employee relations (ER), and implement these solutions.
  2. Business Understanding and Team Alignment: Understand business needs to ensure alignment between business goals and team objectives, coordinate resources, work with cross functional APAC teams, build a high-performing team and empower it, identify and solve team development issues, and provide holistic solutions for the business team using professional theories, methods, and tools.
  3. Talent Development and Growth: Design and implement effective career development paths and training programs, formulate and follow up on talent development plans to ensure the construction of a robust talent pipeline.
  4. System and Process Improvement: Responsible for improving HR-related systems, processes, and structures to enhance HR operational efficiency and quality.
  5. Strategic HR: Introduce and deliver innovative programs and initiatives to support strategic priorities, business objectives, and organizational culture in alignment with the Team’s values.
  6. Change Management: Effectively plan, implement, and communicate organizational change initiatives navigating impact to ensure employee engagement and adoption.
  7. Workplace Culture Champion: Advance workplace culture goals by supporting leaders with strategies, tools, and resources to achieve Accountability, Connection, and Excellence (ACE).

Job Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time accredited university.
  2. Experience: Over 5 years of HR experience, with HRBP experience in multinational companies, high-tech R&D companies, or SaaS companies preferred.
  3. Leadership: HR Leadership experience in all aspects of human resources. Leads by example, demonstrating integrity, humility, and ethical behavior in both actions and decisions.
  4. Negotiation and Diplomacy: Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Builds trust, resolves conflicts, and achieves consensus among stakeholders.
  5. Legal and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements; ensures HR practices & policies meet legal standards to mitigate risk.
  6. Exceptional Communicator: Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, influences others, and encourages open dialogue; active listens and asks, “tell me more” and “help me understand” questions to build full comprehension before offering solutions.
