As the demand and sales of our AI products continue to surge, Comm100 is on the lookout for a dedicated customer-facing conversational Bot builder and AI strategist who can help with designing and implementing AI solutions. Your mission will be to spearhead the creation and maintenance of customers’ NLP & Generative AI Chatbots, enhancing digital conversational experiences. 
  
In this role, you will focus on deciphering our customers’ business needs, system backends, and the desired customer experience (CX) the AI should convey. Your challenge will be to ensure that the CX is properly supported by designing and testing solutions with our AI software tools. 
   
Operating within the Customer Success team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll utilize agile methodology principles. Collaboration is key, as projects will involve working closely with internal multidisciplinary teams, including AI Engineers, Partners, Sales, and Support, as well as engaging with our customers' teams. The end goal is to deliver top-notch AI solutions for Comm100's diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities   
  • Collaborate with customers to gather detailed requirements and formulate customer-specific project plans.  
  • Lead the end-to-end creation of NLP/Generative AI Chatbots and AI solutions for customers, overseeing the drafting of content, facilitating technical aspects, and developing efficient workflows.  
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of customers' automation solutions post-launch, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.  
  • Proactively suggest experience improvements and best practices to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.  
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the product team, effectively communicating product requirements and collecting valuable feedback from automation customers.  
  • Utilize insights and data from existing AI implementations to refine and enhance our AI templates, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.  
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the development and implementation of AI solutions.  
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI Engineers, Sales, Support, and Marketing, to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.  
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to AI Solutions, workflows, and best practices.  
  • Provide guidance related to the AI realm to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.  
  • Participate in the evaluation and integration of new AI technologies and tools to enhance our capabilities and offerings.  
  • Conduct demos or workshops for both internal teams and customers to promote understanding and proficiency in AI solutions.  
  • Assist in the strategic planning and execution of long-term AI initiatives to align with the company's overall business objectives.  
  
Qualifications 
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technology, IT, Computer Science) 
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience preferably in Tech or related industry. Experience working with a government or government-related project previously would be an asset. 

Skills: 
  • Exceptional project management skills, adept at efficiently guiding projects from sign-on all the way to post-deployment.    
  • Customer-centric mentality with a passion for teaching and assisting others in their learning journey.   
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.   
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and high-energy individual committed to achieving goals and driving excellence.  
  • Process-oriented mindset, emphasizing the importance of structured approaches for effective project execution.   
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop innovative solutions.   
  • Experience in customer success or technical sales, demonstrating a track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.   
  • Understanding of UX (User Experience) principles and expertise in human-machine interaction, ensuring the development of user-friendly AI solutions.   
  • Keen interest in learning and applying AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Generative AI, in practical applications.  
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or another programming language) considered an asset for successful implementation of AI solutions.   
  • Experience with bots, virtual assistants, Generative AI, or other AI/ML technology is an asset, showcasing a familiarity with the broader landscape of artificial intelligence.  
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Teams, Asana, DevOps, Calendly, Salesforce, and Canva would be beneficial.   

Salary: $65,000 - 80,000 CAD per year
